By leaning on an extensive range of professional skills I've developed during my journey from 1993 to now. As a Bachelor of Information Science undergraduate (majoring in IT) at Massey University, I know it's more than ones and zeroes. With hands-on ISP knowledge, I'm familiar with (almost) all things network. And, last but not least, I know the solution always starts with understanding your needs.
