By leaning on an extensive range of professional skills I've developed during my journey from 1993 to now. As a Bachelor of Information Science undergraduate (majoring in IT) at Massey University, I know it all starts with ones and zeroes. With plenty of Internet Service Provider experience and knowledge, I'm familiar with issues that often just need someone to take a look. And, last but not least, I know the solution starts with first understanding the problem.
