This page is about my pricing, but I'm still thinking about you. What's the cost of missing out on using your tech in the way you intended? How many more days are you prepared to spend battling a challenge with a device or app? All I could say is: nobody can put a price on the great experience you deserve.

HOW MUCH?
Initial 30-minute appointment

Additional time
(per 15 minutes)
$35.00
This will include a quick chat to figure out what precisely we'll do, then getting down to it. Most simple issues could be resolved within this timeframe.
Good things take time, and sometimes we may need more time to get things good. I'm happy to schedule in whatever time we may need, charged to the nearest 15 minutes.

e.g. resolving a tricky query may take 37 minutes. This would be closer to 0 additional minutes than 15, so you would not be charged further than the initial 30-minute appointment.
Travel (per km)
$0.83c
Travel is included if you are based in or near Tauranga. If further afield, a quote including travel will be provided.
