This will include a quick chat to figure out what precisely we'll do, then getting down to it (and starting the clock). Most issues could be resolved within this timeframe on their own.
I'll work time-consciously to get your issue resolved in a way that effectively meets your needs.

e.g. resolving a query may take 37 minutes. This would be closer to 0 additional minutes than 15, so you would not be charged further than the initial 30-minute appointment.
As long as you have an internet connection, we can resolve your issue through screen sharing/other tools directly from your device.
